Chester Black, Founder / Managing Member
Chester Black is an entrepreneur with over thirty five years experience in the health care industry as owner,
investor and consultant. Chester is also a founder, along with Alan Solomont,
the late Susan Bailis and Dick Thielen, of
Angel Healthcare Investors, LLC. His expertise and knowledge of start-up companies, organizational consolidations,
and strategic partnering, particularly in health related businesses, have made Chester a valuable resource as a
board member and trustee to a number of private companies, philanthropic and community organizations.

Alan D. Solomont, Founder / Managing Member
Alan D. Solomont, a nationally recognized entrepreneur and investor in the health care industry, is Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of Solomont Bailis Ventures. In October 1999, he became co-founder, along with Chester
Black, the late Susan Bailis and Dick Thielen, of Angel Healthcare Investors, LLC. Alan previously founded and served as Chief
Executive Officer of the A D S Group, a leading provider of eldercare services in New England, which was sold and
eventually became part of Genesis Health Ventures. Alan is politically active in the Democratic Party and has
advised a number of U.S. officials on issues relating to Israel. He has served in a number of volunteer capacities
including National Finance Committee Chair of the Democratic Party.

Richard N. Thielen, Founder / Managing Member
Richard Thielen is President and Chief Executive Officer of
RINET Company, LLC, which he founded in 1974. In October 1999, RINET merged into Boston Private Financial Holdings,
a publicly traded wealth management company. As an accomplished financial services advisor and founding member of Angel
Healthcare Investors, LLC, Dick acts as the group's ad hoc CFO. At RINET, Dick develops new client financial
plans, suggests strategies for charitable and family gift giving plans, and recommends specific alternative investments
to venture capital, hedge fund, and real estate areas.

Susan S. Bailis, Founder
Susan was a co-founder of Angel Healthcare Investors, LLC and was the Co-Chair and Co-Chief Executive Officer
of Solomont Bailis Ventures. Susan Bailis lost her courageous battle with cancer in September 2000.
Her impressive executive management experiences include President and Chief Executive Officer of the A D S Group,
Associate Director of the New England Medical Center (NEMC) and its Director of Social Service. She was also a
professor of psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine.

Robyn C. Davis, Managing Director
Robyn joined Angel Healthcare Investors, LLC in 2000. Since 1996, Robyn has consulted to the
largest, most profitable U.S. financial firms. Prior to 1996, she was a founding member
and Director of Barents Group in Washington, DC, a firm focused on emerging global markets. Ms. Davis has also worked as a
strategy consultant for Bain & Company and as systems integration consultant for CSC. Ms. Davis received a B.A. in
International Relations from Tufts University, studied at the L'Institute d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, France, and earned
her M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Mary C. McNamara, Managing Director
Mary joined Angel Healthcare Investors, LLC in 2000. Mary is a former Vice President at
Fidelity Investments, where she headed equity product management and development for Fidelity's institutional businesses.
Prior to Fidelity, Ms. McNamara worked at Banker's Trust Company, CSC, NYNEX and John Hancock. Ms. McNamara holds a B.A.
degree in Mathematics and Economics from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth.

Geoff Maletta, Director
Geoff joined Angel Healthcare Investors, LLC in 2001. Before joining
the group, Geoff worked as a strategy consultant for Fidelity
Capital and The Institute for Civil Society, and founded Drivers
Business Consulting (DBC) where he provided growth strategies
and overall business guidance to several start-up companies. Prior
to DBC, Geoff held several management positions at Knowledge Transfer
International, Inc., an early-stage training and documentation
company. Geoff received his B.A. in Political Science from Princeton
University and his M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin School of Management
at Babson College. Geoff currently sits on the Board of
the Angel Capital Association.

Joe McGlinchey, Legal Counsel
Mr. McGlinchey has represented the legal interests of Angel Healthcare Investors as outside counsel since 1999. Joe is a
principal at The Law Offices of J.D. McGlinchey located in Boston, a firm that represents public and private corporations,
limited liability companies and other entities in connection with a variety of transaction related legal issues. Prior to
starting The Law Offices of J.D. McGlinchey, Mr. McGlinchey worked at Sullivan & Worcester and Lyne, Woodworth & Evarts,
both located in Boston. Mr. McGlinchey earned a B.A. in Economics at Boston College and a J.D. at Tulane Law School.
